Lattice Inc

In 2025, Burnard founded Lattice Inc, an artificial intelligence platform designed as an Autonomous Business Operating System. Lattice enables businesses to deploy and manage AI agents that execute workflows across operations, sales, marketing, and analytics. The platform pioneered in introducing a whole new category called “On-Demand Business AI Agents,” allowing companies to launch a fully functional AI workforce through a simplified onboarding process.

At Lattice Inc, they believe the AI race will not be won by those who simply build the most advanced models—but by those who harness AI and deliver it as a seamless service that creates real-world outcomes. Technology alone is not enough. What matters is how it is applied, simplified, and embedded into everyday business operations.

A defining feature of the platform is its “7-click onboarding”, allowing non-technical users to launch AI-driven operations without engineering expertise. Burnard has described Lattice as a shift from AI as a tool to AI as an operational system that runs businesses, focusing on execution, usability, and accessibility.

Lattice Inc will revolutionize how businesses operate globally. Not by adding more tools—but by replacing manual work with intelligent, human-like execution that runs businesses autonomously. Their focus has always been clear: make AI accessible, fast, and simple—while delivering real, measurable business results. From the way users onboard, to how agents are deployed, to the outcomes they produce—every part of Lattice Inc is designed to maximize adoption and impact.
