Emmanuel Kamberov is a Bulgarian-American scientist, inventor, DJ, and electronic music producer. He is a biotechnology professional with more than 25 years of academic and industry experience with interests in molecular research and diagnostics, genetic screening, reproductive health, and infectious disease. Emmanuel Kamberov is the leading author of the founding patent (US8206913B1) behind PicoPLEX, a whole-genome amplification technology used for genetic screening of embryos in the process of in vitro fertilization (IVF) worldwide. Since inception, PicoPLEX has improved the accuracy of pre-implantation genetic testing, reduced the incidence of genetic abnormalities and multiple births in IVF, and has improved the healthy pregnancy outcomes. Emmanuel Kamberov, also known as DJ Emmo is an electronic music producer and a DJ, known for his dynamic and genre-blending sound. Active since 2004, he specializes in Tech House, Progressive, and Deep House, while freely exploring melodic Techno, groovy electronic rhythms, cinematic atmospheres, underground/lo-fi textures, and darker, deeper house elements known for their immersive energy and hypnotic grooves.
