Arfin Rahad (born 20 February 2002) is a Bangladeshi social entrepreneur, cybersecurity expert, writer, and founder of the Jubo Tarunno Foundation, dedicated to youth empowerment, digital literacy, and community development in coastal Bangladesh.

Early Life and Education

Arfin Rahad was born in Tazumuddin Upazila, Bhola District, Bangladesh. From a young age, he demonstrated a deep passion for social welfare and community development. His academic journey began at Chadpur Government High School, where he excelled in studies and actively participated in extracurricular activities, particularly those aimed at addressing social issues.

After completing his secondary education, Arfin pursued a Diploma in Computer Engineering from Dhaka Polytechnic Institute, gaining technical skills that influenced his approach to social innovation. He continued his education at Tazumuddin Government College, where he completed his higher secondary and undergraduate studies, further deepening his engagement in youth leadership and community service.

To enhance his understanding of social impact, Arfin enrolled at ASA University Bangladesh, studying social entrepreneurship, leadership, and sustainable development. These experiences shaped his future endeavors in grassroots activism and community empowerment.

In 2023, Arfin Rahad founded the Jubo Tarunno Foundation, a grassroots organization dedicated to addressing social inequality, educational barriers, and disaster resilience in the coastal areas of Bhola. Under his leadership, the foundation has implemented numerous impactful initiatives:
