Tim Sutton

Tim Sutton began playing guitar at 15 years old. After two years of learning from music books- it was time to start lessons. After three years of lessons- it was time to start learning set lists. From interests of Led Zeppelin to The Beatles to Eric Clapton- A song list of roughly two hundred songs were memorized from beginning to end. Later on, the genre of Jazz/Blues and Indie Music became a pinnacle of interest and from artists Jimi Hendrix to John Mayer created a whole new style of playing.

Is a teenager, He started playing music with local bands, aspiring to write his own songs. Over the next decade, the bands he was in began writing and recording original music, and he discovered a passion for studio work over live performances. He eventually formed a band that played nearly all original material he wrote. Life changes and evolving musical tastes led me to step away from the local music scene, though I continued to write and publish music intermittently. Despite a love/hate relationship with music, I’ve had periods of creative resurgence, like when he wrote “That’s What You Want” after a long break.

a veteran musician of Ukrainian descent, with a small family, who writes music primarily by himself, blending rock and synth-pop. Tim Sutton goal is to create and preserve music as a personal legacy while remaining a lifelong advocate of original music.
