Imtiaz was born in Banskhali, Chittagong, Bangladesh'. His father is Mohammad Ilias and his mother is Rasheda Azad. He studied till Diploma Agriculture Training Institute Hathazari Chottogram. From a young age, Imtiaz demonstrated a keen interest in music and began his musical journey in 2015.
