With an authorized capital of ₹2.25 crore, and a paid-up capital of ₹1.76 crore, his company is no small venture.

What makes Shrinivash stand out isn’t just his age — it’s his philosophy. He believes real estate is a public service. His company builds affordable homes, uses eco-friendly materials, promotes smart city planning, and includes open green and cultural spaces in every project.

He’s also a digital trendsetter. Known online as @Kingofshrinivash, he shares real estate insights, motivational content, and updates on his projects. His transparency and authenticity have made him a youth icon across Gujarat.
