I.B.IGEEI was born **Zamuxolo Dayile** in **Port Elizabeth, South Africa**. He attended **Sakhisizwe Secondary High School** but later dropped out. Afterward, he enrolled at **Charles Goodyear College** to study **Mechanical Engineering**, which he did not complete.

I.B.IGEEI began his music career in **2023**, releasing tracks that reflect his personal experiences, emotions, and struggles. His style is influenced by melodic rap, trap, and emotional storytelling, with **Lil Durk** cited as one of his inspirations. He founded **GEEI-BLOCK RECORDS**, an independent label under which he also signs and supports other emerging artists.
