Brandon Davis
Brandon Davis (born August 21, 1982) is an American businessman and political candidate based in Nevada. He was the Republican nominee for the Nevada State Assembly in District 34 in 2024 and is a declared candidate for the same seat in the 2026 election cycle. Davis was previously the Libertarian nominee for Governor of Nevada in the 2022 Nevada gubernatorial election.
In addition to his political activities, Davis is the founder and chief executive officer of MNGR, a Las Vegas–based digital marketing firm, and the founder and president of DOGE NEVADA, a nonprofit watchdog organization focused on reviewing public government spending data.
Early life and education
Davis was born in Rockford, Illinois. He graduated from Auburn High School in 2000. He subsequently attended Southern Illinois University, where he studied mass communications between 2000 and 2002. During this period, he developed interests in media production, communications strategy, and public messaging.
Business career
Davis relocated to Las Vegas, Nevada, in 2012. In August 2015, he founded MNGR, a digital marketing and branding agency headquartered in Las Vegas. The firm provides services including digital advertising, political campaign consulting, brand strategy, and media production. As chief executive officer, Davis has overseen the company’s expansion into regional and national political campaign services.
In March 2025, Davis founded DOGE NEVADA, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to analyzing Nevada government expenditure databases to identify potential waste, fraud, and abuse. The organization is composed of technology professionals and economists and operates independently of state government.
Political career
2022 gubernatorial campaign
In 2022, Davis ran as the Libertarian Party nominee for Governor of Nevada. During the campaign, he focused on issues including limited government, fiscal policy reform, and regulatory reduction. He received one of the largest vote totals recorded for a non-Democratic and non-Republican gubernatorial candidate in Nevada history. In January 2023, Davis announced that he had joined the Republican Party.[1]
2024 Nevada Assembly campaign
In August 2023, Davis declared his candidacy for Nevada State Assembly District 34. He won the Republican primary election held on June 11, 2024, receiving 2,361 votes. In the November 2024 general election, he was defeated by incumbent Hanadi Nadeem, receiving 14,441 votes.[2]
2026 Nevada Assembly campaign
In October 2025, Davis announced a second campaign for Nevada State Assembly District 34, seeking election in the November 2026 general election.[3]
Music career
Before entering business and politics, Davis was active as a musician. From 2007 to 2010, he toured as a singer and songwriter with the rock band My Solstice. He later performed as lead vocalist and guitarist for the rock band Bravo Delta between 2010 and 2019. The band released studio recordings and performed regionally.[4]
Public service and nonprofit involvement
Davis serves as the Representative for District E on the Clark County School District Attendance Zone Advisory Commission (AZAC), having been appointed by the Board of School Trustees.[5]
Since March 2024, he has served as Vice President of Fund Development at Assisting Lives Las Vegas, a nonprofit organization supporting children and families in Southern Nevada.[6]
He was also a member of the National Small Business Association (NSBA) Leadership Council from 2024 to 2025.
Personal life
Davis resides in Las Vegas, Nevada, with his wife, Rebecca Davis, and their two children.
