History

Fiorry began in 2020 when FIORRY SOCIAL LTD launched a dating service aimed at transgender, non-binary, and gender-nonconforming people. The platform grew from a local project to a service used across multiple markets, including the United States, the United Kingdom, and the European Union.

During 2025 the company underwent a corporate restructuring intended to consolidate international intellectual property. As part of that process, the platform’s assets were briefly managed by PARADIZ SOCIAL LTD. In December 2025 DREAMTEK THRILL APPS LTD, registered in Limassol, Cyprus (Ifigeneias 14), acquired Fiorry’s assets and became the platform’s sole legal successor and parent organization. The deal transferred rights, historical user data, and obligations to DREAMTEK THRILL APPS LTD, while retaining the founding technical and community moderation teams to maintain operational continuity.
