Sezer sener
Sezer Şener (born 1984, Elazığ) is a Turkish tourism executive, brand strategist and hotel management professional. He currently serves as the Director of Sales and Marketing at Belek Beach Resort Hotel and Side Aluna Hotel, under the hospitality group Bilgi Turizm Ticaret A.Ş.
Early Life
Şener graduated from Akdeniz University, Faculty of Tourism. During his studies, he completed internships in hotel operations, which formed the foundation of his career in tourism management.
Career
He began his professional career in 2011 at Miracle Resort Hotel in Antalya as Assistant Sales & Marketing Manager. In 2016, he joined Ceylan İşletme Yatırım A.Ş. managing sales and marketing for seven hotels under Sherwood Resorts & Hotels and Greenwood Resorts & Hotels. He established Revenue Management and CRM departments and initiated the Turquality certification process for the group. From 2021 to 2023, he served as Head of Marketing leading fifteen brands including Sherwood Resorts, Greenwood Resorts, TUI Blue, Ceysu, Gilbert Patisserie, Ekas, Bubble Laundry and more. Since 2023, he has been leading marketing and commercial operations at Belek Beach Resort Hotel and Side Aluna Hotel.
