Ioanna Vasileiou is a Greek entrepreneur, marketing strategist, and co-founder of ADiSocial, the first agency in Greece to specialize exclusively in personal branding. She is known for her work with high-profile individuals and companies in Greece and abroad, focusing on digital communication, branding strategy, and performance marketing.

Early Life and Education Vasileiou studied Economics at the Democritus University of Thrace. In her final year, she was selected to participate in the Erasmus exchange program and continued her studies at European University Cyprus. During her time there, she participated in a national competition hosted by Microsoft Cyprus, where she was recognized as one of the top three winners for presenting one of the most innovative business ideas. Her achievement received media coverage from Cypriot television and press.

Career Before completing her university studies, Vasileiou joined Innovation Leo Burnett Cyprus (part of the Publicis Group) as a Social Media Manager. Within a year, she was promoted to Performance Marketing Manager. During her time at the agency, she worked on international campaigns for globally recognized brands such as Audi, Marks & Spencer, Visa, and P&G, managing multimillion-euro advertising budgets.

She later accepted a position at Victoria’s Secret Europe, where she served as Performance Marketing Manager and was subsequently promoted to CRM & Performance Marketing Manager. She led advertising efforts and CRM strategies across markets including the Netherlands, Greece, Sweden, Belgium, and Germany.

ADiSocial and Personal Branding In 2022, Vasileiou co-founded ADiSocial with her partner Garyfallia Dilaki. The agency quickly gained recognition, securing clients such as Ted Baker and numerous C-level executives. ADiSocial has become a leading force in the personal branding space in Greece, offering strategy, content creation, video production, and marketing services tailored to professionals and companies looking to build their online presence.

Public Speaking and Teaching Vasileiou has been invited to speak at several institutions and events in Greece and Europe. She has taught Digital Marketing at the YMCA (ΧΑΝΘ) Thessaloniki, and frequently collaborates with the Erasmus+ community, delivering workshops and talks on topics such as the power of networking, digital identity, and building an authentic personal brand.
