History

Xoriant was founded in 1990 by Girish Gaitonde (originally operating under the name TekEdge). In January 2023, ChrysCapital acquired a majority stake in Xoriant[2] and made an investment of approximately US$250 million.[3] Xoriant operates global delivery centres across North America, Europe, Latin America and India.[1]
