Lilia A'Hearn (born April 1, 1988) is an American actress, filmmaker, producer, photographer, model, author, and entrepreneur. She is the founder of Liliacreativity Photography and Liliacreativity Productions, as well as the nonprofit organization Foster Smile, which provides free professional photography services for foster children and families.[1][2]

A'Hearn has written and produced several independent film projects, including the shorts Captured Hearts and Bigprint, the psychological thriller Mom Switched, and the faith-based feature Starlight and You (scheduled for 2027 release). As an actress, she has appeared in the holiday film Christmas Pop-Up and the television series Vice Squad.[1][3]

Early life and education

A'Hearn was born in Los Angeles, California, to Eliazin Bahena and Lilia Rojas. She later moved to Washington state, where she attended Saint Martin's University and graduated in 2012 with a bachelor's degree in Business Management. During high school she developed an interest in photography and modeling and launched her first photography business, Lily B. Photography.[2][1]

Career

Modeling and photography

A'Hearn began modeling through photographer networks and worked with brands including Zulily. In 2013 she participated in Seattle-area runway shows and fashion events such as Chance Fashion Runway Seattle, TRASH by Tony, Cannaflage Designs, Aburu Fashion House, and Adorn in Grace Boutique.[2]

Following her marriage and the birth of her children, she founded Liliacreativity Photography. The studio initially specialized in product photography before expanding into weddings, fashion, branding, and professional headshots. Her work has been featured on platforms including Zola, Yahoo, Yelp, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.[2]

Film and acting

A'Hearn has developed a career in independent filmmaking as a writer, producer, and actress. Her projects include:

  • Captured Hearts
  • Bigprint (nominated at film festivals and released on streaming platforms)
  • Mom Switched – a psychological thriller she wrote in one night after a 3 a.m. inspiration; production began locally in the Tacoma/Port Orchard area in late January 2026 with a planned spring festival release. The film stars A'Hearn’s husband and children and explores themes of motherhood, exhaustion, and emotional dislocation.[3][4]
  • Starlight and You – her first faith-based feature-length romantic drama, inspired by her real-life love story with her husband (they met on the CatholicMatch dating app). Pre-production was underway in early 2026 with a planned 2027 release; the project aims to use 90% local Washington talent and has received community support from local businesses and parishes.[5]

As an actress she has appeared as an extra in the holiday film Christmas Pop-Up and the television series Vice Squad, and has been cast in upcoming features including Window and Open.[1]

Writing

A'Hearn is the author of the children’s book The Adventures of Lily at Cold Creek Farm, inspired by stories from her mother’s childhood.[1]

Pageantry and nonprofit work

In 2012, A'Hearn competed in the Miss Thurston County Scholarship program and won the Talent Award. In 2024 she competed in Mrs. Petite USA and won the title of Mrs. Washington Petite USA.[1]

In 2024 she founded Foster Smile, a nonprofit that provides free professional photography sessions for foster children and families to preserve milestone memories. Through Liliacreativity Photography she also offers an annual $500 scholarship and a complimentary senior portrait session for students pursuing careers in photography, acting, or modeling.[1]

Personal life

A'Hearn married Dr. Joseph A'Hearn in 2020. The couple has three children: Owen, Titus, and Leah. She lives in the Port Orchard/Tacoma area of Washington and is active in her Catholic faith community.
