Boris Balabanov
Boris Balabanov is a Bulgarian-American entrepreneur and business executive based in Miami, Florida. He is the founder and CEO of D.I.E. Corporation, a holding company with operations across North America and Europe, primarily in the United States and Bulgaria.[1]

The company's name derives from the first initials of the original three companies that merged to form it.[3] The corporation operates across multiple industries including marketing, technology, and financial services.
Galactical Media
Balabanov founded Galactical Media, a full-service marketing agency serving clients in the Web3, iGaming, luxury, and yachting sectors.[2]
Cardexi
Cardexi is a D.I.E. Corporation subsidiary focused on NFC card technology and sales.
Ivoura
Balabanov is the founder of Ivoura, a private invitation-only network connecting high-net-worth individuals, executives, and decision-makers across global markets. The network operates without public advertising or open applications, growing exclusively through referrals.[2][4]
