Majid Mahindoost (Persian: مجید مهین دوست; born May 29, 1987, Tehran, Iran) is an Iranian actor, recognized for his work in Film and Series. He began acting in childhood, becoming one of the many accomplished actors in Iranian and International cinema.

Early Life and Background

Majid Mahindoost was born in Tehran, Iran, as the second child in his family. His father is originally from Tehran, and his mother from Tabriz. He went on to university and graduated with the degree of Master of Engineering in Metallurgical Engineering from Islamic Azad University of Saveh.



Career

Television Debut

Mahindoost's acting journey commenced in 2000 with the television series In Yek Dadgah Nist (This Is Not a Court). His breakthrough role came with the series Gasht Vijeh (Special Patrol), where he portrayed the character Emad, earning him widespread recognition.

Transition to Film

In 2009, Mahindoost made his cinematic debut in Democracy in Broad Daylight. He continued to build his filmography with roles in Along the City (2010), The President's Cell Phone (2011), Mr. Alef (2012), and Naghshe Negar (2013).

International Recognition
