He is the Head of Communications at Dhaka Stream and has more than ten years of experience in strategic communication, public relations, branding, and media engagement. He is also known for his contributions to heritage awareness, youth leadership, and global peace initiatives.

Early life and education

Minhaz Rahman was born in Jessore, Khulna, Bangladesh. He completed both his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Drama and Dramatics and MBA Degree at Institute of Business Administration (IBA) from Jahangirnagar University, one of the country’s leading higher education institutions.

Career

Minhaz Rahman has held senior leadership positions in multiple organizations, including Head of Media & Communications at Naria Group, Head of Corporate Affairs at Live Shopping Ltd., and Head of Operations at ASH Production Ltd. He also served as Chief Assistant Director at Half Stop Down. In 2025, he was appointed Head of Communications at Dhaka Stream.

In addition to his corporate career, Rahman has worked extensively in filmmaking, stage production, and visual storytelling. He has directed short films and contributed to numerous cultural and awareness projects in Bangladesh.
