Early life and education
Mejban Kadir was born in Bogura, a district in the Dhaka Division of Bangladesh. From an early age, he demonstrated a keen interest in computers and programming, teaching himself the fundamentals of C#, ASP.NET, and cybersecurity techniques.[1]
