Virginus Alajekwu Chinagbaogu (born 8 September 1995), also known as Don Solace, is a Nigerian software engineer, entrepreneur, and technology executive. He is the founder, Chief Executive Officer (CEO), and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of Afobata Co. LTD, a Nigerian software development company focused on building scalable, multi-tenant SaaS platforms and digital infrastructure for businesses in Africa.

Early life and education

Virginus Alajekwu was born in Eziama Uli, Anambra State, Nigeria. He developed an early interest in computers and technology during his secondary school years, where access to computer systems influenced his decision to pursue a career in software development.

He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Imo State University between 2016 and 2020. During his undergraduate studies, Alajekwu focused heavily on practical software engineering skills, engaging in freelance work, independent projects, and real-world application development alongside his academic coursework.

Career

Alajekwu began programming at a young age and built his first commercial applications as a teenager. His early work included web development, mobile applications, and backend systems, which provided the foundation for his later entrepreneurial ventures.
