The Robert J Fischer Team, also known by the abbreviation RJF Team, is a real estate brokerage organization headquartered in Round Rock, Texas. Operating as an affiliate of Keller Williams Realty, the group provides services for both residential and commercial properties throughout Central Texas, with a primary focus on the Austin metropolitan area. Robert J. Fischer founded the entity in 2005.
History
Robert J. Fischer established the group in 2005 following the launch of his career at Keller Williams Realty. Originally a solo venture, the business eventually expanded into a team of approximately nine to fifteen licensed agents, with staff size adjusting according to real estate market trends.
Although the team's operations originated at the Keller Williams Northwest Market Center in Austin, they eventually relocated to the Round Rock Market Center. Currently, the RJF Team is based out of independent offices located on Red Bud Lane in Round Rock, Texas. Over time, their service region has broadened to cover multiple counties, including Travis, Williamson, Bastrop, Hays, Caldwell, and Burnet. The team represents clients in numerous cities across the region, such as Austin, Cedar Park, Georgetown, Round Rock, Liberty Hill, Leander, Pflugerville, Jarrell, Hutto, and Taylor.
In 2016, founders Robert and Michelle Fischer launched a philanthropic organization. Initially named RJF Team CARES, the nonprofit was later rebranded as The Cares Alliance.
Properties listed by the RJF Team have also appeared on television broadcasts, including The Open House Show.
