Head Shots Vol. 1
Head Shots Vol. 1 is a set of the toy heads made by Play With This Too. They are designed in several color sets, and when placed on toy bodies form different fictional characters.
Play With This Too[edit | edit source]
Head Shots Vol. 1 includes three heads designed by Steve Redinger. They are shaped like a female pilot, a demon and a minotaur.
In their exclusive colors the heads are the characters Madwing, Skull-FCKR and Terribull. In the retail colors they are the characters Kurrupt, Leigh Muria and Wronghorn.
According to the Play With This Too Facebook page the exclusive color of Skull-FCKR would look nice with Bitemark. Terribull matches well with Calaminous Haagenti.
Development[edit | edit source]
The Head Shots Vol. 1 were designed by Steve Redinger and named by Rik Alvarez.
In November 2014 Play With This Too announced crowd founding exclusive recolors of Head Shots Vol. 1. The retail color were announced in the Lost Protectors Kickstarter.
Head Shots Vol. 1 were among the stretch goals for the unsuccessful Lost Protectors Kickstarter campaign. They were to be unlocked if the campaign raised at least $95,000.[1]

Fictional biographies[edit | edit source]
Madwing:
She anticipates the trajectory of targets, enemy fire and even battle debris thanks to her precognitive abilities. Madwing's psychic powers makes her one of the best pilots in the fleet. Her skills have earned her the call sign “Madwing,” and she kept this name in lieu of a proper Striker call sign. Her Aegis channels the power of the Enigma Wave, the primal force of mystery, which focuses her psychic powers and grants her cosmic perception that pierces through illusions both scientific and sorcerous. Madwing knows that Astroblast and his team still live, and that the leaders of the Grand Protector Armada covered up their disappearance. She has chosen to remain silent on this matter until she can obtain solid evidence and figure out why the Lost Protectors were covered up.
Skull-F:
When Bloodbath first sought aid from the shadowy realm known as the Null Miasma, he first sought an ally he could control, a mid-level demon of war and savagery. Thanks to Goldminer's interference, the demon's very essence was inverted, and what was pulled through was a lovable, well-meaning creature rather than a slathering engine of destruction. Because of his appearance, Skull F is often assumed to be in the service of evil. In truth, he is a well meaning, if naive, champion of good. He is still possessed of demonic strength and fortitude, though his magic is inverted and unpredictable thanks to the mutation of his essence.
Terribull:
Terribull is one of the most infamous mercenaries in the cosmos. Evil is his business, and he makes his own economy, slipping up to "consult" for any down-on-his-luck would-be world dominator. He provides services ranging from basic henchman duties on up to villainous horde reorganization. He's worked for dozens of high-profile villains across multiple realities and survived, thanks to the one lesson he keeps to himself: When things go south be the second man out the door (in case the boss shoots the first guy).
