The RTVI Institute is a private institute in Ranya, in the Sulaymaniyah Governorate of the Iraqi Kurdistan|Kurdistan Region of Iraq.The institute's name comes from the Kurdish Battle of Sulaymaniyah 1991|1991 uprising in Sulaymaniyah, that started in Ranya on March 5, 1991. It was Established in 2023, Raparin Technical and Vocational Institute (RTVI) <ref>Template:Citation core{{#if:|}}</ref> stands as the pioneering institution in the Raparin area of Kurdistan Region of Iraq. As the first and only technical and vocational institute offering a two-year advanced diploma to high school graduates, RTVI is at the forefront of educational innovation. Recognized by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research (606), our institute is dedicated to providing a unique pathway for students to embark on a successful journey from high school to advanced vocational training.
