Dev Upreti (Born February 21, 2006) is a businessperson and investor. Dev Upreti is the founder, chairman, CEO and chief technology officer of DuKu Business; angel investor, CEO, and former chairman of 9D9, Inc.
Dev Upreti was born in Agra, Uttar Pradesh, India. In 2019, Dev made his debut with “Dhun Music Website”. In his initial days as a coder, he struggled hard and worked as a game designer at the ‘White Hat Jr’ to earn fame. He did not take any monetary support from his family for making websites or apps. Initially, Dev made in the Music Website, “Masticon Music” The Website was an instant hit.In 2020, he received the World's No.1 Game Designer Award in ‘White Hat Jr’ Coincidentally, it was the same company where he had earlier worked as a game designer.
In 2021, Dev stepped into Entrepreneurship with “DuKu Business” from India . He did not just made websites in the Business but also got ultimate fan-base WorldWide.

Later the name of DuKu ranking was changed to 'WebRank,' which was patented in September of 2020.
