PERSONAL LIFE

Dr. Conrad Webster is a critical race theorist, writer, organizer, facilitator, professor, and an education consultant from Houston, TX. Founder of Get Me to The Prom Foundation, Founder of AllAccessRecruitment.com, Co-Founder of African American Leadership Conference and Co-Founder of TrillUp LLC. Conrad completed his Doctorate from the University of Washington for Educational Leadership. His dissertation titled, "Where Did My Black Folk Go? The Exclusion of African American Males Out Of K-12 Classrooms" has been getting great reviews on its sophisticated way to talk about racism in education.

CAREER

Conrad serves as an Adjunct Professor at Pierce College, Oregon Institute of Technology, University of Washington Tacoma, and Racial Equity Advancement Advisor for Seattle Public Schools. Conrad co-produced workshops titled Hostility, Trauma, and Critical Race Theory: Nourishing Resistant Voices in Colonial Spaces and Team Killmonger vs. Team T’Challa: Redefining What it Means to Be Black in the United States. Committed to academic achievement and Black wellness, Conrad uses storytelling as a form of liberation through education, and his work inspires audiences to use their lens to visualize their power to organize change.
