She played a central role in the development and analysis of the 2024 Erobella Sex Worker Wellbeing Survey, one of the largest participatory datasets of its kind in Germany. Her work emphasizes participatory research methods and the integration of lived experiences into health policy discussions.

Brenda’s academic background is complemented by previous research assistant roles in gender-focused NGOs and municipal health departments, where she worked on program evaluation and policy design related to reproductive health and harm reduction services.
