DovelyTom
DovelyTom (born Thomas Owen Davies; 10 June 1999) is a Welsh influencer and content creator from Wales, United Kingdom, best known by his online pseudonym DovelyTom. Active since 2013, he is recognised for his long-running dedication to creating content centred on pop artist Dove Cameron, as well as for building one of the most recognised Dove Cameron fan communities online. He is also noted as a disabled content creator living with Cerebral Palsy and Dyslexia.
Early life
Thomas Owen Davies was born on 10 June 1999 in Wales, United Kingdom. He attended Ebbw Fawr Learning Community. He has been open about living with Cerebral Palsy and Dyslexia, which have shaped his approach to content creation and his advocacy for disabled voices in digital spaces.[1]
Career
Davies began creating online content in 2013, establishing his digital presence under the name DovelyTom. His work has centred on content related to pop artist Dove Cameron, including commentary, reaction videos, short-form video content, and community-driven posts across TikTok, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), and YouTube.[2]
Over more than thirteen years, Davies has developed one of the most recognised Dove Cameron fan communities online, known as part of the "Dovelies" community. His content is characterised by consistency, positivity, and authentic engagement with fan culture and music commentary.[3]

Davies has received direct recognition from notable figures within the music and pop culture industry. On 13 September 2025, Dove Cameron personally reposted and favourited one of his TikTok videos, representing significant visibility within the artist's official audience ecosystem.[4]
Dove Cameron HQ, the official management team account for Dove Cameron, has viewed his Instagram stories multiple times and shared his work on two occasions. Verified choreographer Kyle Hanagami (1.4 million TikTok followers), whose work spans major global artists, liked his TikTok content and viewed his Instagram stories.
