Louis Flint was born on 28 October 2002 in London, England. During his childhood, he lived in several countries including Greece, the Netherlands, and China, which contributed to his global perspective and multicultural upbringing.
At the age of six, Flint moved to Athens, Greece, where he briefly played for Olympiacos F.C.. He later relocated to Amsterdam before moving to Shanghai, China. After spending part of his youth abroad, he returned to Amsterdam to complete his education.
