A 2009 graduate of Rutgers University with a degree in Civil Engineering, Prince spent over ten years as a Project Manager overseeing some of New York’s most iconic landmarks, including the Whitestone and Verrazano Bridges, Newark Airport, and the MTA East Side Access Tunnels.
About In 2019, Prince transitioned from managing the city’s arteries to building its communities, launching his own firm focused on commercial and multifamily development. While his professional life is defined by steel, concrete, and complex logistics, his personal life is centered on family. A dedicated husband and father of two toddlers, Prince believes that the best projects are the ones that build a better future for the next generation. When he isn't on a job site, he’s likely at the local library or the park, patiently teaching his kids how to ride their bikes.
