Pronabesh Ghosh
Pronabesh Ghosh (born 29 September 2005) is an Indian tech entrepreneur, web developer, and founder of Ice Penguin, a company specializing in software development and digital innovation. He achieved an All India Rank of 1905 in the WBJEE examination and is based in Kolkata, West Bengal.
Early Life and Education
Pronabesh developed a strong interest in technology from childhood. During Class 9, he experimented with creative platforms such as TikTok and a YouTube gaming channel focused on PUBG. Although these ventures did not achieve major success, they sparked his curiosity for digital innovation.
In addition to his interest in technology, Pronabesh once aspired to pursue acting and modeling. However, limited opportunities led him to shift his focus entirely to technical learning during Class 11.
During Class 12, he became committed to helping underprivileged children, tutoring classmates for a small fee while offering free education to those who could not afford it. His goal was to save funds to organize charitable events.
Career
During his journey, Pronabesh met Suman Ghosh, owner of Cosmos Institute, where he showcased a website called PG Learning, designed to help students save study materials shared over WhatsApp. Impressed, Suman Ghosh collaborated with Pronabesh, and together with Alingan Group, they organized a charitable event for underprivileged communities on Pronabesh’s 18th birthday.
Later, Pronabesh joined Cosmos Institute permanently and expanded his skills further. His dedication resulted in achieving WBJEE AIR 1905. Subsequently, he founded Ice Penguin, where he serves as Founder, CEO, and Lead Developer, focusing on building digital products and innovative software solutions.
