Ronak Raj
Ronak Raj (born 23 January 2004) is an Indian actor and film student based in New York.
He is known for his training in method acting and film studies at renowned international and Indian institutions, combining emotional realism with cinematic storytelling.
Early Life and Education
Ronak Raj was born in Kolkata, West Bengal, India, to Rajkamal Chourasia and Rani Chourasia. He completed his schooling at St. James’ School, Kolkata, one of the city’s leading educational institutions.
After completing his school education, Ronak moved to the United States to pursue his undergraduate degree in Film and Building at Pace University, New York. Alongside his degree, he trained in Film and Theatre Studies at the Lee Strasberg Film and Theatre Institute, an institute globally recognized for its focus on method acting.
Prior to his international studies, Ronak developed his foundational acting skills at Actor Prepares, Mumbai, the acting school founded by veteran actor Anupam Kher.
Career
Ronak Raj began performing in local theatre and school productions in Kolkata from a young age. His deep passion for storytelling and cinema encouraged him to explore both acting and filmmaking as creative paths.
