Saspod is a podcast production and hosting company based in Glasgow, United Kingdom. It was officially founded in 2021 by Bogdan Bratis.

Originally launched as a boutique audio production agency under the name Saw and Sine in 2019, the company initially focused solely on audio services. In 2021, it rebranded as Saspod and expanded into a full-service podcast production agency. The rebrand marked a strategic shift to focus exclusively on podcasting, introducing services such as video production, social media content creation, copywriting, and graphic design—all tailored to support podcasters.

Driven by a mission to unify and simplify the podcasting industry, Saspod has grown from a small startup into a comprehensive solution for creators. In 2023, the company launched its own podcast hosting platform, making it one of the few podcast production agencies to offer a fully-fledged SaaS solution. The platform allows clients to distribute their shows across all major podcast directories and includes features such as unlimited uploads, scheduling, detailed analytics, embed options, and distribution to over 13 platforms.

Saspod’s client roster includes a range of notable podcasts such as A Psychic Story, Holly Randall Unfiltered, Badass Basic Bitch, and FP&A Today. It has also collaborated with organizations including Datarails, the College of Naturopathic Medicine, Elevar, the University of Central Lancashire, and Amundsen, among others.

In 2024, Saspod introduced its Podcast Management System—a client-facing dashboard designed to streamline file submissions, revision requests, and collaboration with the Saspod team. This tool significantly improved project workflows and communication efficiency.

In 2025, Saspod launched its affiliate program, allowing clients and partners to earn commissions by referring new business. That same year, it introduced The Pod Files—a podcast exploring the creator economy, with a focus on how businesses and individuals grow through content marketing.

Vision and Future Plans

Saspod aims to become a global leader in podcast technology and creative services by continuing to innovate at the intersection of content and software. Looking ahead, the company plans to expand its hosting capabilities with advanced monetization tools, AI-driven editing features, and deeper integrations with major content platforms. Saspod also envisions building a collaborative ecosystem where creators can connect, share resources, and grow their shows together. With a strong foundation in production and a rapidly evolving SaaS infrastructure, Saspod remains focused on making podcasting more accessible, profitable, and impactful for creators around the world.
